Refund policy

Right to Withdraw from the Contract Our return policy lasts 14 days. In accordance with consumer protection legislation (ZVPot-1), the buyer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without stating a reason. After 14 days have passed, a refund or exchange is no longer possible.

Conditions for Returning Cosmetic Products Due to the nature of cosmetic products, strict hygienic conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging. The lid on the packaging must not be opened, nor should any protective cover be removed or any seal broken.

  • Attention: Due to temperature fluctuations, crystals or grains may appear. In this case, there is nothing wrong with your balm—this is simply a natural process.

IMPORTANT: In accordance with Point 5 of Article 135 of ZVPot-1, withdrawal from the contract and a refund are not possible for sealed goods (e.g., cosmetic products) if the packaging was opened or the seal removed after delivery. We enforce this restriction for health protection and hygiene reasons.

Return Process To start the process, write to us at info@divjazena.com. Upon confirmation, you will receive shipping instructions. Products sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs and Damages

  • Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer (non-refundable), unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

  • Damages: Inspect the package upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at the email address above.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval. If the return is approved, the purchase price will be automatically refunded within 10 working days.
